Return Policy:
Eaton Impressions, LLC has a 30-day return policy on all items (excluding special orders). If you are unhappy with the product for any reason, simply return it with a copy of your receipt, and you will receive a full refund minus shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. You will receive a refund check in the mail once we have received and inspected the product. In order to receive a full refund, the product must be in original packaging and in re-sellable condition.

Damaged Return Policy:
Any defective or damaged merchandise must be reported immediately and returned in the same box, with the same packaging materials. All damage claims must be made within four (4) days of receipt of your merchandise, or your replacement request will not be honored. Call (801) 885-2558 for a customer return material authorization number. We will have a FedEx or UPS call tag issued for your damaged product—please DO NOT ship back without a call tag. It could jeopardize your claim. Please do not alter the items in any way. For example: removing stretcher bars from canvases, etc. Any alteration to a damaged or defective shipment voids our ability to file a damage claim and your ability to receive a replacement.
